Can I get a different design, other than what’s on the site?

YES! Any character or theme can be done. Please fill out the custom order form if the design that you want isn’t on the site! If you go to the menu, you’ll see the custom order form tab!

Current process time is 1-2 weeks. We ship based on the date needed. Please provide the date you would like the order to arrive in the checkout notes, NOT the date of the event! All orders are shipped through USPS or UPS! A tracking number is always provided once your order ships. Once an order ships, I cannot control delays, damage, etc. from the delivery company! Please make sure your shipping address is correct! If your order is returned to me for any reason, you will be responsible for the cost to reship!

When will my order be shipped?

You can track your package by clicking the link provided in your shipment confirmation e-mail or by logging into your account.

How do I track my package?

Occasionally there are instances where orders are returned to us because of an invalid address, or multiple delivery attempts by the shipping company. We will contact you when your shipment arrives back to us, and let you know your options. You will be responsible for the cost to reship!

My package was returned. What do I do?

ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchanges, since all items are customized! If your plans change, and you need to change the theme or items on your order, you may do that if your order has not been started yet.
